Gisteren postte het Chronic Dev Team een bericht om alle iPhone gebruikers die zitten te wachten op een jailbreak voor iOS 4.1, in te lichten over de status:

The greenpois0n iOS 4.1 jailbreak software is coming in days as we discovered in my last post. Unfortunately people think that means it’s coming out tomorrow, on Sunday, and they’ve been spreading rumors on the web. I don’t want to get your hopes up, but a member of the greenpois0n jailbreak team, p0sixninja tweeted the following: “Sunday is a Funday” is dev team’s slogan, I believe ours is “Patience Please!”. Afterwards posixninja tweeted: “And no that doesn’t mean it’s coming today either. Patience Please!!”. That means the greenpois0n jailbreak won’t be coming today nor will it be coming tomorrow.
Just like the creator of greenpois0n said, please have patience and wait for the greenpois0n jailbreak team to do their work. This is a new SHAtter exploit that they are implementing in their jailbreak so it will take a while for the to come up with a good, stable, and bug-free jailbreak. It’s hard to give any ETA or progress because this type of work is really complicated.

Het lijkt er dus op dat we nog even geduld moeten uitoefenen, maar ja, goed werk kost tijd, zullen we maar zeggen.
